Please select products carefully before completing your purchase. Crystal Nails products are professional-use products, and customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, intended use, colors, sizes, quantities, and application requirements before ordering.

Eligible Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery only when they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase from Crystal Nails USA.

For approved voluntary returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For product integrity, hygiene, and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, tested, swatched, applied, altered, or otherwise removed from their original saleable condition are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a verified product defect or Crystal Nails USA fulfillment error.

This includes opened or used gels, gel polishes, liquids, nail preparations, cosmetics, and other professional nail products. Clearance, final-sale, and gift card purchases are also non-returnable.

Color, Consistency & Product Selection

Crystal Nails professional products are designed for different applications and may intentionally vary in viscosity, pigmentation, coverage, flexibility, self-leveling characteristics, curing requirements, and application technique.

Personal preference regarding color, consistency, viscosity, coverage, or application characteristics does not constitute a product defect.

Colors displayed online may vary from their appearance in person due to screen settings, lighting, device differences, and other factors. Opening or testing a product to determine whether you like its color, consistency, or performance makes the product ineligible for return.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we made an error with your order, report it within 72 hours of delivery. Email crystalnailsny@gmail.com with your order number, the product affected, and clear photographs of the products received and packing materials when applicable.

Once the issue is verified, Crystal Nails USA will provide the appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Suspected Defective Products

Report damaged or suspected defective products within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and packaging. We may request video, product identification or batch information, or other details needed to evaluate the issue.

Do not discard the product or its packaging while the claim is under review.

A reported issue does not automatically establish that a product is defective. Products determined to be functioning as intended are not eligible for refund or replacement after they have been opened or used.

Packaging Damage

Minor dents, scratches, labels, or cosmetic damage to exterior packaging that does not affect the safety, integrity, or functionality of the product itself is not considered product damage.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate changes before an order enters fulfillment, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Crystal Nails USA. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before a refund appears on your account.

Return Authorization

Please do not send products back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
