The Tiger Eye Silk Top Gel gives a wonderful silky magnetic shine to any base color that is covered with it. It is most noticeable in dark colors, but it also has a velvety effect on lighter shades. Non-fixing, soluble.
CN tip: use any of our (double-sided or multiform) magnets.
